I use Dove Damage Therapy Daily Moisturizer for both shampoo and conditioner. I have been using it for about 3 months and I absolutely love it!
Why? Because for me I'm not the type to always brush my hair so my hair can get pretty tangled. After I use the condtioner, my hair is smooth and tangle free!!! After using it for this amount of time, I've noticed a difference in my hair. It's softer, healthier, silky, and easier to fix.
